As The Spire School was preparing for its initial review by the CT State Department of Education to become an Approved Private Special Education Program, Donna Cambria provided essential guidance to ensure our success. Donna served as our interim education director and helped guide us through the important details of the State Approval process, the PPT process, IEP implementation, and collaboration with school districts. It was wonderful to work with an expert in the field who was consistently dependable, conscientious, detail-oriented, and all the while maintained a good sense of humor and collegial spirit! Donna provided much-needed professional development for our faculty and staff and recommended colleagues who could provide additional training in content areas of interest to our team. In short, Donna is an incredible resource with a strong sense of follow-through; her vast experience and results-driven style put us at ease as she helped us navigate the State Approval process. She was an amazing addition to our team and I look forward to our continued collaborations.
